PERANCANGAN ARSIP DIGITAL DOKUMEN TAGIHAN BERBASIS WEB PADA PT XYZ

Abstract

CHRISDIAN VERNANDES. Perancangan Arsip Digital Dokumen Tagihan Berbasis Web pada PT XYZ. Dibimbing oleh ISMET ISMATULLAH. Pembuatan sistem arsip digital ini bertujuan sebagai website yang digunakan officer divisi finance, accounting dan tax dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan dokumen tagihan, yang diantaranya berfungsi input dokumen purchase order, kontrak, tagihan, bukti bayar dan bukti potong. Selain itu sistem arsip digital ini menyediakan beberapa fitur yaitu menambah dokumen, mengubah dokumen, dan mencetak dokumen. Metode prototipe digunakan dalam pembuatan karya seni digital karena sesuai dengan proses kerja. Pengguna tidak mengetahui secara pasti kebutuhan fitur-fitur yang akan disertakan dalam sistem yang akan dikembangkan. Hasilnya sebuah sistem prototipe telah dibuat untuk membantu pemahaman pengguna dengan memberikan contoh fitur-fitur yang mungkin dimiliki sistem. Dalam mengimplementasikan rancangan arsip digital berbasis web disusun panduan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) pengelolaan arsip yang juga dapat dilihat pada bagian dashboard arsip digital.

The purpose of creating this digital archive system is as a website used by finance, accounting and tax division officers in archiving billing documents, which includes the function of inputting purchase order documents, contracts, bills, proof of payment and proof deduction. Apart from that, this digital archive system provides several features, namely adding documents, download documents and print documents. The prototyping menthod is used in making digital works of art because it suits the work process. User do not know exactly what features they need to include in the system they are developing. As a results, a prototype system has been created to aid user understanding by providing examples of the features the system might have. In implementing design we-based digital archives, standard operational guidelines for archive management procedures have been prepared which can also be seen in the digital archive dashboard section.
