Manajemen Kinerja Produser dalam Produksi Video Penguatan Integritas di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan

Abstract

Departemen Penegakan Integritas dan Audit Khusus Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) melakukan pembaruan terhadap seluruh media diseminasi yang dimiliki, khususnya dalam video penguatan integritas maupun pengendalian gratifikasi. Pembaruan terhadap video tersebut dibutuhkan susunan tim produksi yang memiliki peran dan tupoksi kerjanya masing-masing untuk mencapai tujuan. Salah satu peran yang menjadi manajemen lini utama dalam proses produksi adalah produser. Keberhasilan produser dalam memimpin serta mengawasi seluruh kegiatan produksi dapat bergantung dari pengelolaan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh terhadap tim produksi maupun stakeholder. Laporan proyek akhir ini bertujuan memperoleh pemahaman dan pendalaman terkait manajemen kinerja serta proses mengidentifikasi yang dikaitkan dengan kegiatan atau pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh seorang produser dalam proses produksi. Hasil dari laporan proyek akhir bahwa manajemen kinerja yang dilakukan oleh produser berdasarkan konsep dasar yang populer diakronimkan sebagai POAC, yaitu Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling yang diidentifikasi dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Setiap tahapan proses produksi video, komunikasi kelompok dan interpersonal produser menjadi salah satu kunci keefektifan dari manajemen kinerja yang dilakukan terhadap tim produksi dan mitra kerja sama

The Integrity Enforcement and Special Audit Department of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has updated all of its dissemination media, especially videos on strengthening integrity and controlling gratification. Updating the video requires the composition of the production team who have their respective roles and duties to achieve the goal. One of the main line management roles in the production process is producer. The producer's success in leading and supervising all production activities can depend on the performance management carried out by the production team and stakeholders. This final project report aims to gain an understanding and depth regarding performance management as well as the identification process associated with the activities or work carried out by a producer in the production process. The results of the final project report show that the performance management carried out by the producer is based on the basic concept popularly known as POAC, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling which is identified with the work carried out. Each stage of the video production process, group and interpersonal communication between producers is one of the keys to the effectiveness of performance management carried out by the production team and collaboration partners.
