Tingkat defect pada Kemko sebagai produk yang diperhatikan karena Kemko menjadi salah satu produk unggulan perusahaan, khususnya dalam klasifikasi produk busana pria. Pada produk Kemko di CV Suho Garmindo, terdapat lima jenis defect yang sering terjadi, yaitu pasang kerah kerut dan bentuknya tidak bagus, plaket panjang sebelah, saku bobok jebol dan miring, bahu tidak sama, dan klim bawah dan pasang variasi kerut dan tidak rata. Pendekatan penulisan menggunakan PDSA yang terstruktur dalam tulisan ini memungkinkan pemecahan masalah secara efisien dan efektif, menghasilkan solusi yang berkelanjutan. Seven tools of Quality menjadi elemen penting dalam implementasi proyek ini, membantu mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah secara sistematis, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan mencapai hasil yang optimal. Pasang kerah kerut dan bentuknya tidak bagus mendominasi daftar cacat pada produk Kemko. Hasil analisa akar masalah (root cause analysis) mengidentifikasi faktor manusia sebagai penyebab utama, seperti tidak menjalankan sesuai prosedur dan kurangnya ketelitian dalam pengerjaan.
