Perancangan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Reimbursement Berbasis Website pada KAP Titus Haryanto dan Mayhotraja

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menjadi sangat cepat dan dinamis dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh semua pihak dapat dikembangkan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi yang banyak digunakan adalah aplikasi web atau biasa disebut juga dengan perangkat lunak berbasis website. Reimbursement karyawan adalah suatu praktik bisnis di mana perusahaan membayar kembali biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh karyawan untuk keperluan pekerjaan. Biaya ini biasanya terkait dengan biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan untuk menjalankan aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti akan merancang website untuk pengajuan klaim reimbursement karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari masing-masing pengguna, peneliti melakukan analisa dengan 4 metode yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk pengembangan sistem website peneliti memakai SDLC dengan metode waterfall, dengan adanya sistem informasi yang telah dibangun, sistem tersebut dapat mempercepat proses pengajuan reimbursment sehingga lebih efektif dalam proses pengajuan klaim.

The development of information technology has become very fast and dynamic in recent years. Thus, the information system needed by all parties can be developed more effectively and efficiently. One utilization of technology that is widely used is web applications or commonly referred to as website-based software. Employee reimbursement is a business practice in which the company pays back costs incurred by employees for work purposes. These costs are usually related to operational costs incurred by the company to carry out its daily activities. The purpose of this study is that researchers will design a website for submitting employee reimbursement claims according to the needs of each user, researchers analyze with 4 methods, namely observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies with descriptive qualitative research. For website system development, researchers use SDLC with the waterfall method, with the information system that has been built, the system can speed up the reimbursement submission process so that it is more effective in the process of submitting claims.
