      Abstract
      Proses supply bahan dari Bagian Gudang ke Bagian Produksi di PT Heinz ABC Indonesia kerap terjadi delay karena tata kelola gudang masih kurang baik. Rencana perbaikan dilakukan dengan evaluasi menggunakan Metode Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) yang bertujuan mencari akar penyebab masalah dan saran perbaikan. Hasil analisa yang dilakukan terdapat empat penyebab terjadinya masalah delay supply dengan masalah prioritas berdasarkan Diagram Pareto yaitu bahan sulit ditemukan. Saran perbaikan berdasarkan akar permasalahan yang didapat menggunakan Five Whys Analysis yaitu memperbaiki instruksi kerja menjadi lebih sederhana sehingga dibuat instruksi kerja perbaikan. Hasil dari evaluasi ini yaitu adanya instruksi kerja perbaikan dapat digunakan sebagai standar baru perusahaan.
       
      The process of supplying materials from Material Warehouse to Production Department at PT Heinz ABC Indonesia is often delayed because The improvement plan is carried out by evaluating using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) Method which aims to find the root cause of the problem and suggest appropriate improvements. The results of the analysis carried out there are four causes of delayed supply problems with priority problems based on the Pareto Diagram, namely difficult to find materials. Suggestions for improvement based on the root causes of the problem obtained using the Five Whys Analysis, namely improving work instructions to be simpler so that improved work instructions are made. The result of this evaluation is that the improvement work instruction can be used as a new company standard.
