| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai availability rate, performance rate, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan reliability maintenance pada mesin packing di PT XYZ yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur pengolahan susu. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas maka
dilakukan pengukuran Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dengan perhitungan OEE. Dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, digunakan metode Autonomous
Maintenance (AM) dengan menerapkan check sheet Cleaning Inspection Lubrication Adjustment (CILA) perawatan mesin, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, tanggung jawab dan keterampilan operator produksi terkait mesin, sehingga akan meningkat produktivitas secara keseluruhan. AM
diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan sistem terstruktur dan terdokumentasi untuk memastikan konsistensi program. Hasil dari implementasi usulan perbaikan
menunjukan peningkatan nilai Availability rate sebesar 8%, Performance rate sebesar 14% dan OEE meningkat sebesar 24% setelah dilakukan usulan perbaikan selama 3 bulan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this capstone project is to increase the value of availability rate, performance rate, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on packaging machines at PT XYZ, which is engaged in the manufacture of packaging machines. Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on the packaging machine at PT XYZ, which is engaged in the manufacturing of in the field of milk processing. In order to increase productivity Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) measurements are performed with OEE calculations. In solving the problem, the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) method is used by implementing a check sheet cleaning inspection lubrication adjustment (CILA) machine maintenance, aiming to
increase the knowledge, responsibilities and skills of production operators related
to the machine, so that it will increase the productivity of the machine. Production operators related to the machine, so that it will increase the overall productivity. AM will be implemented using a structured and documented system to ensure
program consistency. The results of the implementation of the proposed
improvements showed an increase in availability rate of 8%, performance rate of 14% and OEE increase of 24% after the proposed improvements were implemented for 3 months. | |
