| dc.description.abstract | BPJS Ketenagakerjaan menyelenggarakan 5 (lima) program jaminan sosial, pada segmen kepesertaan Penerima Upah (PU) perusahaan atau pemberi kerja memiliki kewajiban membayar iuran sesuai dengan skema persentase perlindungan yang ditetapkan antara perusahaan dan tenaga kerja, perusahaan akan disebut memiliki piutang iuran jika belum membayar iuran. Permasalahan terjadi pada pelaksanaan penagihan piutang iuran karena sistem internal perusahaan belum memiliki otomatisasi untuk proses penagihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat perancangan sistem untuk digunakan dalam proses penagihan piutang iuran. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang dimulai dari tiga aktivitas utama yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, dan implementasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem untuk penagihan piutang iuran berbasis Macro Excel secara otomatis dan terstruktur dengan baik. Sistem ini mencakup fitur user login, data perusahaan, perhitungan denda, dan surat tagihan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administers 5 (five) social security programs, in the Wage Recipients (PU) membership segment, companies or employers are obligated to pay contributions according to the protection percentage scheme established between the company and the workforce, a company is considered to have contribution arrears if it has not paid the contribution. Issues arise in the implementation of contribution arrears collection due to the lack of automation. The objective of this research is to design a system for use in the contribution arrears collection process. This system design follows the waterfall method, starting with three main activities: requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
The outcome of this research is a system design for the automated and well-structured collection of contribution arrears using Macro Excel. This system includes features such as user login, company data, penalty calculations, and billing letters. | |
