      Abstract
      Bank BTN Syariah adalah salah satu bank syariah di Indonesia yang tidak hanya berperan sebagai lembaga penghimpun dana melalui simpanan dan deposito, tetapi juga fokus pada pembiayaan, terutama dalam Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR). Bank BTN Syariah KCS Bogor dalam pengelolaan data transaksi pembiayaan KPR masih menghadapi hambatan. Penggunaan sistem manual, khususnya software Microsoft Excel seringkali menyebabkan ketidakakuratan data, keterlambatan dalam pembaruan informasi, dan kesulitan dalam analisis data. Selain itu, jumlah data yang besar seringkali membuat sistem menjadi lambat bahkan crash. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem baru yang memungkinkan pengguna di berbagai lokasi mengelola dan memperbarui data transaksi pembiayaan KPR baik dari kantor cabang maupun kantor cabang pembantu secara real-time. Penggunaan metode Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan waterfall yang dibatasi hanya pada tiga tahap yaitu analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan desain, dan perancangan sistem. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah model rancangan akhir sistem informasi manajemen pembiayaan KPR yang memungkinkan pengelolaan data secara lebih efisien dan efektif.
       
      Bank BTN Syariah is one of the leading sharia banks in Indonesia which not only acts as an institution for collecting funds through savings and deposits, but also focuses on financing, especially home mortgage financing. However, at Bank BTN Syariah KCS Bogor, managing home mortgage financing transaction data still faces obstacles. Use of manual systems, especially Microsoft Excel Software, often causes data inaccuracies, delays in updating information, and difficulties in data analysis. Apart from that, large amounts of data often make the system crash even slower. This research aims to design a new system that allows users in various locations to enter and update home mortgage financing transaction data from both branch offices and sub-branch offices simultaneously real-time. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with approach waterfall used which is only three stages, namely system requirements analysis, design planning, and system design. The final result of this research is a final design model for a mortgage financing management information system that allows data management to be more efficient and effective.
