Implementasi Aplikasi Kasir Berbasis Mobile Responsive pada One Home Farm

Abstract

One Home Farm merupakan suatu komunitas pertanian serta sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata edukasi yang terdapat di kota Bogor, dengan sistem pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan nota dan buku penjualan, sehingga menjadikannya kurang efektif dan efisien untuk terus dilakukan. Tujuan dari pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah menjelaskan sistem penjualan tunai, mengimplementasikan aplikasi kasir berbasis mobile responsive, dan mengevaluasi penerapan aplikasi kasir berbasis mobile responsive pada One Home Farm. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency, Service). Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa sistem penjualan tunai pada One Home Farm masih dilakukan secara sederhana dan manual tanpa menggunakan sistem untuk membantu kegiatan transaksinya sehingga banyak terjadi human error. Evaluasi penerapan aplikasi kasir One Home Farm dengan metode PIECES menunjukkan rata-rata keseluruhan kepuasan pengguna adalah sebesar 4.6 dengan kategori sangat puas, sehingga dikatakan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan One Home Farm dalam mempermudah dan mempercepat transaksi penjualan dengan fitur-fitur yang tersedia.

One Home Farm is an agricultural community as well as an educational tourism destination in the city of Bogor, with a recording system that is still done manually using sales receipts and books, making it less effective and efficient to continue. The objectives of this final assignment are explaining cash sales system, implementing a mobile responsive cashier application, evaluating the implementation of a mobile responsive cashier application. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The evaluation method is carried out using the PIECES analysis method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). The results of the discussion show that the cash sales system at One Home Farm is still carried out simply and manually without using a system to assist transaction activities, so that many human errors occur. Evaluation of the implementation of the One Home Farm cashier application using the PIECES method shows that the average overall user satisfaction is 4.6 with the very satisfied category, so it can be said that this application is effective in meeting One Home Farm's needs in simplifying and speeding up sales transactions with the available features.
