      Abstract
      Perilaku perburuan rente dan korupsi memberi dampak juga pada kinerja pembangunan diberbagai sektor termasuk di perikanan tangkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap dan menganalisis perburuan rente dan korupsi, serta menghitung kebocoran ekonomi di sektor perikanan tangkap, serta mengukur tingkat inefisiensi serta perkembangan pelabuhan perikanan secara makro. Metode yang digunakan penelitian campuran yang mengkombinasikan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan dua model bahwa perburuan rente dan korupsi pada perikanan tangkap memiliki hubungan erat secara signifikan, kebocoran ekonomi mencapai rata-rata 44,05 persen dengan ICOR rata-rata 5,45, dan pelabuhan perikanan belum menjadi pusat perdagangan ikan dan pengembangan industri perikanan.
       
      Rent-seeking behavior and corruption have an impact on development performance in various sectors including capture fisheries. The purpose of this research is to reveal and analyze rent-seeking and corruption, as well as calculate economic leakage in the capture fisheries sector, and measure the level of inefficiency and the development of fishing ports at a macro level. The method used is mixed research that combines quantitative and qualitative research. The results found two models that rent-seeking and corruption in capture fisheries have a significantly close relationship, economic leakage reaches an average of 44.05 percent with an average ICOR of 5.45, and fishing ports have not become the center of fish trade and fishing industry development.
