      Abstract

Extreme climate is a climate condition above or below the threshold value of the observed variable range, such as increasing rainfall intensity and the frequency of the dry season that is getting longer than normal conditions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ability of reanalysis data to predict extreme rainfall in the Konaweha watershed. This data reanalysis capability is calculated based on regional rainfall, data quality tests, calibration, bias correction, validation, and extreme indexes. The result of this study is that GPM data is able to calculate R50mm and R95p and ERA5 is able to calculate Rx5day. The GPM statistical test value on R50mm and R95p has a P value
