      Abstract

Malaria is an infectious disease through parasite infection caused by plasmodium in the blood. In this research, the SEIRS-SEI model was used with human and mosquito migrations. The purpose of this research was to analysis the stability of the fixed point using the Routh-Hurwitz criteria, analyze the stability of the parameters in the model, and to do a numerical simulation. In this study, two fixed points were obtained, namely disease-free fixed point and endemic fixed point. The stability of the fixed point is determined by the value of the basic reproduction number (R_0). The sensitivity analysis of R_0 shows through the paramters rate of human and mosquito migration, biting rate of infected mosquitoes in susceptible humans and biting rate of susceptible mosquitoes to infected humans can be used to control the rate of spread of malaria.
