Adipura is a government program that aims to achieve clean and green cities in Indonesia. It is an
annual program that results in a lot of data. Data mining is the process of extracting previously
unknown information from a large amount of data. One of the techniques in data mining is association
rule, i.e., a technique to discover the relationships among itemsets. Association rule correlates itemsets
grouped into transactions and then draws conclusions based on relationships formed from a large
itemset. In this study, association rule was applied in the physical component criteria in Adipura
program. The aim of this study is to give some considerations for developing the next Adipura
program. The considerations can be used to determine the weight of assessment component in order to
get a better criterion. This study used the combination of minimum support (minsup) of 50% and 40%
and minimum confidence (minconf) of 90%, 80%, and 70%. The result shows that the highest value is
established by the occurence of hospital/health center together with the occurence of office by minsup
50.78% and minconf 89.55%. The smallest association value is established by the occurence of forest
city together with the occurence of office and hospital/health center by minsup 40.31% and minconf
70.13%.
