| dc.description.abstract | Rumah sakit seringkali masih menggunakan cara manual dalam menyelesaikan masalah penjadwalan perawat. Cara seperti ini kurang efisien dan rentan terhadap kesalahan saat melibatkan jumlah perawat yang relatif besar. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini ialah memodelkan masalah penjadwalan perawat menggunakan metode fuzzy goal programming. Fungsi objektifnya yaitu memaksimumkan derajat kepuasan fungsi keanggotaan dari setiap fungsi tujuan fuzzy. Berdasarkan pemodelan ini diperoleh jadwal perawat dengan jumlah hari kerja dan jumlah shift yang didapat setiap perawat yang lebih baik dan tidak ada pola libur masuk libur. | dc.description.abstract | Hospitals often still use manual methods in solving nurse scheduling problems. This method is less efficient and prone to errors when involving a relatively large number of nurses. The purpose of this scientific paper is to model the problem of scheduling nurses using the fuzzy goal programming method. The objective function is to maximize the degree of satisfaction of the membership function of each fuzzy goal function. Based on this modeling, nurses' schedules with the number of working days and the number of shifts each nurse gets are better and there is no pattern of holidays in the holidays.
