      Analisis Model Pertumbuhan Gompertz dan Korf serta Implementasinya pada Pertumbuhan Tanaman Terung Ungu (Solanum melongena L.)

      Abstract
      Model pertumbuhan merupakan salah satu model regresi taklinear yang menggambarkan perubahan ukuran suatu makhluk hidup dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Model Gompertz dan model Korf diterapkan untuk memodelkan pertumbuhan tiga varietas tanaman terung ungu dengan tujuan mengetahui model terbaik dalam menjelaskan pola pertumbuhan tanaman serta menghitung laju pertumbuhan maksimum. Model pertumbuhan memiliki parameter-parameter yang harus diduga. Pendugaan parameter model pertumbuhan menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil taklinear dengan iterasi Levenberg-Marquardt. Berdasarkan nilai Akaike Information Criterion Corrected (AICC), model Gompertz lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model Korf. Laju pertumbuhan maksimum tanaman terung ungu pada varietas Mega Ungu memiliki laju tertinggi sebesar 10,70 cm/minggu saat umur 5 minggu setelah tanam.
       
      Growth model is one of the nonlinear regression models that describes the changes in the size of a living thing in a certain period of time. The Gompertz model and Korf model are applied to model the growth of the three varieties of purple eggplant plants with the aim of knowing the best model to explain the growth pattern of the plant and calculate the maximum growth rate. The growth model has parameters that must be estimated. Estimation of growth model parameters using nonlinear least squares method with Levenberg-Marquardt iteration. Based on the Akaike Information Criterion Corrected (AICC) value, the Gompertz model is better than the Korf model. The maximum growth rate of purple eggplant plants in the Mega Ungu variety has the highest rate of 10,70 cm/week at the age of 5 week after planting.
