Pengaruh Infrastruktur Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Inklusif di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur merupakan aspek penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi karena keberadaan infrastruktur yang baik juga berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga tercipta lapangan kerja baru, mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan dan meningkatkan pendapatan per kapita. Pertumbuhan inklusif adalah bagian besar dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan seperti yang tercantum dalam kesepakatan global tentang Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis perkembangan infrastruktur yang ada di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan menganalisis pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan inklusif di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Hasil analisis menunjukan Perkembangan infrastruktur antara wilayah daratan dan kepulauan di Sulawesi Tenggara masih terjadi perbedaan yang cukup besar yang menunjukkan perlunya pemerataan pembangunan infrastruktur. Tak hanya itu perkembangan infrastruktur Sulawesi Tenggara dibandingkan dengan rata-rata Nasional juga masih cukup besar sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan pendapatan. Pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif menggunakan persamaan simultan dengan metode estimasi Two Stage Least Square (2SLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah jalan, listrik, infrastruktur kesehatan dan infrastruktur pendidikan, baik yang berada di kabupaten/kota wilayah daratan maupun wilayah kepulauan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara berdampak pada pengurangan kemiskinan, pengangguran, dan ketimpangan baik di wilayah daratan maupun wilayah kepulauan.

The results of the analysis show that the development of infrastructure between the mainland and the islands in Southeast Sulawesi still has quite large differences indicating the need for equitable distribution of infrastructure development. Not only that, infrastructure development in Southeast Sulawesi compared to the national average is still quite large, so there is a need for increased infrastructure development to avoid income inequality. The effect of infrastructure on inclusive economic growth uses a simultaneous equation with the Two Stage Least Square (2SLS) estimation method. The results of the analysis show that the infrastructure that influences economic growth is roads, electricity, health infrastructure and education infrastructure, both in districts/cities in the mainland and in the archipelago. The results of the analysis show that economic growth in the province of Southeast Sulawesi has an impact on reducing poverty, unemployment and inequality both in the mainland and in the archipelago.
