dc.description.abstractKoper Pustaka merupakan sarana untuk mempermudah melakukan peminjaman buku dan pengembalian buku yang disajikan dalam bentuk aplikasi mobile. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan prototype dari sisi peminjam lepas dengan tujuan menemukan alur yang efektif, efisien dan learnable dalam proses pinjam-meminjam buku, serta mendapatkan faktor engagement yang membuat peminjam tetap bertahan pada komunitas aplikasi Koper Pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa medium-fidelity prototype berbasis pengalaman pengguna dengan pengujian retrospective think aloud dan single ease question terhadap lima orang responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji iterasi pertama, terdapat satu task dengan memiliki rata-rata persentase keberhasilan sebesar 40%, durasi rata-rata waktu tercepat sebesar 14,56 detik, dan nilai skala single ease questions sebesar 6,78. Pada iterasi kedua, diperoleh persentase keberhasilan sebesar 100% untuk masing-masing task dengan rata-rata waktu tercepat 6,88 detik dan nilai skala single ease questions sebesar 6,98.id
dc.description.abstractKoper Pustaka is a tool to facilitate easy borrowing and returning books which is presented in the form of a mobile application. This research focuses on designing prototypes from the perspective of freelance borrowers with the aim of finding an effective, efficient and learnable flow in the process of borrowing and borrowing books, as well as obtaining engagement factors that make borrowers stay in the Koper Pustaka application community. This study uses the Design Thinking method. The final result of this study is a medium-fidelity prototype based on user experience with retrospective think aloud and single ease question testing of five respondents. Based on the results of the first iteration test, there was one task with an average success percentage of 40%, an average duration of the fastest time is 14,56 seconds, and a single ease questions scale value of 6,78. In the second iteration, a success percentage of 100% was obtained for each task with the fastest average time of 6,88 seconds and a single ease questions scale value of 6,98.id
