dc.description.abstract | Laju kerusakan hutan mangrove yang mencapai 530.000 ha/tahun menuntut
untuk segera dilakukan upaya rehabilitasi, faktor penyebab kerusakan antara lain
adalah tekanan populasi manusia, eksploitasi produk kayu dan konversi lahan
menjadi tambak (Ong 2002). Ancaman lain adalah terkait perubahan iklim, yaitu
kenaikan permukaan air laut, perubahan hidrologi, temperatur, dan konsentrasi

dc.description.abstract | Rate of mangrove forest destruction reaching up to 530,000 ha per year has
made it necessary to conduct rehabilitation efforts. Several factors caused
mangrove forest destruction i.e. human population, wood exploitation, and land
conversion to become ponds (Ong 2002). Other threats are climate changes,
especially the increase of sea level, hydrology changes, temperature, and CO2
