dc.description.abstractLife Insurance Company determines the claim and the premium price based on customer’s age and corresponding life tables. Life tables can be composed according to previous life tables using Lee-Carter force of mortality model. First, estimate the parameters by solving some of the nonlinear equations using numerical methods for determining force of mortality and then determining some of measurements in life tables. By establishing the probability of the total premium income and claim to pay, which is assumed satisfying the Poisson distribution, the life insurance company’s survival probability can be determined every year, whether determined independence every year or cumulative by time. The result show that life insurance company being in surplus condition almost every time, except in the last customers’ years and the first year for one which accept customers only at age x = 0 (case-1). The ways to reduce the deficit probability of life insurance company at the first year are: add the premium loading (case-2), add the initial fund (case-3), combine add the initial fund and add the premium loading (case-4) or add amount of the customers at age..dstid
