dc.description.abstractCOBIT 5 dan ITIL V3 adalah standar kerangka kerja dalam lingkup IT Service Management yang telah digunakan secara luas dalam dunia teknologi informasi. Penggunaan kerangka kerja yang standar akan sangat menguntungkan organisasi dalam hal kolaborasi dan koordinasi. Dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia pada sebuah organisasi, pengukuran kinerja bukanlah hal yang baru. Beberapa vendor telah mengembangkan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan standar manajemen teknologi informasi ITIL, seperti Manage Engine, Axelos, dan SysAid, namun aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut belum menggunakan indikator kinerja yang terintegrasi dengan balanced scorecard dan COBIT sehingga cakupan aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut belum mencapai fungsi kontrol dan evaluasi sesuai dengan tujuan dan rencana strategis organisasi.id
dc.description.abstractCOBIT5 and ITIL V3 are the standard frameworks for IT Service Management which has been used widely in the world of information technology. The use of a standard framework will greatly benefit the organization in terms of collaboration and coordination. In terms of Human Resources management in an organization, performance measurement is not a new thing. Several vendors have developed applications based on ITIL information technology management standards, such as Manage Engine, Axelos, and SysAid, but these applications do not use performance indicators integrated with the balanced scorecard and COBIT so the scope of these applications have not yet reached the functions of control and evaluation in accordance with the organization's goals and strategic plans.id
