      Optimasi Rute Pengiriman Barang Menggunakan Metode Heuristik: Studi Kasus di JNE Express Bandar Lampung

      Abstract
      Meningkatnya minat masyarakat dalam berbelanja online saat pandemi berdampak pada ketatnya persaingan jasa pengantaran barang untuk mendistribusikan barang dalam waktu singkat dan harga terjangkau, sehingga diperlukan sebuah optimasi dalam menentukan rute pengantaran barang. Dalam karya ilmiah ini optimasi rute dilakukan dengan metode heuristik yaitu pendekatan algoritma Clarke-Wright saving dalam pengelompokan rute dan penggunaan metode nearest neighbour serta aplikasi Lingo 19.0 dalam pengurutan rute. Model diimplementasikan pada pengiriman barang di JNE Express Bandar Lampung. Hasil memperlihatkan bahwa penyelesaian menggunakan Lingo 19.0 lebih optimal dalam mengurutkan rute dibandingkan dengan metode heuristik.
       
      The increasing public interest in shopping online during the pandemic has an impact on the tight competition for goods delivery services to distribute goods in a short time and at affordable prices, so optimization is needed in determining the route of delivery of goods. In this scientific paper, route optimization is carried out using a heuristic method, namely the Clarke-Wright savings algorithm approach in route grouping and the use of the nearest neighbor method as well as the Lingo 19.0 application in route sequencing. The model is implemented in the delivery of goods at JNE Express Bandar Lampung. The results show that the solution using Lingo 19.0 is more optimal in sorting routes than the heuristic method.
