Determining the right facility location for a company can increase the efficiency of distribution costs to maximize profits. The location of the facility with the smallest distribution costs will be chosen to minimize distribution costs. However, the problem of the location of facilities with limited capacity, these facilities may not be able to meet customer demand. This paper presents a product transfer between facilities to fulfill customer demand at a small cost. It is called the Facility Location Problem with Capacity Transfer (FLPCT). In this model, distribution can use multiple sourcing allocation, where customers can be served from several facility locations. In addition, facilities can become transshipment points, which means facilities that have received transferred products can send the product again to another facility. Optimization attempted of the distribution system to consider by considering fixed costs, distribution costs, and transfer costs. The author uses the exact method with the help of LINGO 18.0 software to complete numerical simulations and obtain more optimal results with the transfer of products.id
