      Sintesis dan Karakterisasi FeTiO3 didadah Stronsium (II) Asetat (Sr(CH3COO)2)

      Abstract
      Film FeTiO3 dengan variasi konsentrasi pendadah Stronsium (II) Asetat (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1,5%) telah berhasil dibuat di atas substrat silikon (100) tipe-p menggunakan metode Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) dengan bantuan teknik spin coating dengan kecepatan putar 8000 rpm. Film FeTiO3 di-annealing dengan kelajuan suhu sebesar 1,67oC dan pada suhu 850 oC ditahan selama 8 jam, lalu mengikuti proses pendinginan suhu kamar selama 12 jam. Film FeTiO3 yang didadah dengan Stronsium (II) Asetat dikarakterisasi menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis dan XRD sehingga menghasilkan nilai energi bandgap secara berturut-turut sebesar 4,14 eV; 3,98 eV; 3,13 eV; 3,08 eV. Analisis data XRD menggunakan metode Cramer-Cohen menghasilkan nilai parameter kisi a=b sebesar 5,0934 Å; 5,1379 Å; 5,1657 Å; dan 5,1779 Å serta parameter kisi c yaitu 14,0787 Å; 14,3008 Å; 14,4038 Å; dan 14,4289 Å, dengan struktur kristal hexagonal.       FeTiO3 film with the variation of Strontium (II) Acetate (0%; 0,5%;1%;1,5%) has been successfully made on silicon substrate (100) p-type using the Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) method with the spin coating technique with a rotational speed 8000 rpm. FeTiO3 film was annealed with an increase in temperature of 1,67oC and at 850oC for 8 hours, then follow the cooling process to room temperature for 12 hours. FeTiO3 film with Strontium (II) Acetate doped was characterization using a spectrophotometer UV-Vis and XRD so that the bandgap energy value was 4,14 eV; 3,98 eV; 3,13 eV; 3,08 eV. XRD data analysis using the Cramer-Cohen method resulted in lattice parameter values a=b of 5,0934 Å; 5,1379 Å; 5,1657 Å; and 5,1779 Å in addition for lattice parameter c with a hexagonal crystal structure are 14,0787 Å; 14,3008 Å; 14,4038; and 14,4289 Å.
