dc.description.abstractKementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) membentuk tim patroli yang bernama Manggala Agni untuk pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla). Tim tersebut menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama Sistem Informasi Patroli Pencegahan (SIPP) Karhutla. Aplikasi web SIPP Karhutla digunakan oleh tim manajerial dalam kegiatan patroli. SIPP Karhutla telah mengalami perubahan dan penambahan fitur, tetapi belum diuji fungsional dan usabilitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji usability web SIPP Karhutla. Sebelum pengujian usability, akan dilakukan black box testing. Metrics yang akan diukur pada pengujian usability adalah error dan efficiency. Seluruh skenario memiliki hasil sesuai yang diharapkan pada pengujian black box, kecuali filter data patroli pada menu analisis data. Hasil pengujian usability pada metrics task success menghasilkan tingkat keberhasilan di atas 75 persen kecuali pada skenario menu Patroli. Pada pengukuran efficiency masih terdapat skenario yang tidak responden selesaikan atau mengira selesai. Masalah yang ditemukan saat pengujian menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan dalam bentuk rancangan antarmuka.id
dc.description.abstractMinistry of Environment and Forestry established patrol teams Manggala Agni for forest and land fire prevention. The team uses the Forest and Land Fire Prevention Patrol System (SIPP Karhutla). The web version of SIPP karhutla is used by the managerial level in patrol activities. SIPP Karhutla has been changed and have new featuresbut the functional and usability of the system have not tested yet. This study aims to test the usability of SIPP Karhutla website. Black box testing was conducted before usability testing. Metrics that are measured in usability testing is error and efficiency. All scenarios in black box testing result the expected outputs except the filter data patrol feature in the data analysis menu. The result of usability testing in task success metrics is above 75 percent except for the patrol menu scenario. In efficiency measurement, there are scenarios in which the respondent did not complete and thinks that the scenario was done. Problems found in the testing produce improvement recommendation in user interface design.id
