      Abstract
Kerajinan kain tenun ATBM memerlukan tahap pemotongan dalam proses produksinya. Pemotongan bahan baku kain umumnya hanya bertujuan memenuhi permintaan, tanpa memperhatikan sisa pemotongan.

ATBM handwoven crafts require the cutting process in their production lines. The cutting process is usually aimed to satisfy the demand without considering the trim loss. This problem can lead to the increasing of production costs. The alternative way to overcome this problem is by finding a cutting plan that would satisfy the demand and minimize the trim loss. This problem is widely known as the cutting stock problem. This research solves the one-dimensional cutting stock problem using an arc flow formulation. The result that minimizes the trim loss can be obtained by cutting 34 pieces of twenty five-meter fabrics, with the optimal combination consisting of the first pattern as many as 13, the second pattern as many as 3, and the third pattern as many as 18. As a result, this optimal combination takes zero trim loss.
