dc.description.abstractKota Jambi terus mengalami perkembangan dan berimplikasi pada pesatnya pembangunan. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas lingkungan sehingga dibutuhkan hutan kota dalam memitigasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan potensi lokasi hutan kota berdasarkan sebaran polutan udara dan suhu permukaan di Kota Jambi. Penentuan lokasi prioritas hutan kota menggunakan sebaran polutan udara dan suhu permukaan yang dikelaskan menurut kriteria lokasi prioritas, sedangkan tutupan lahan menjadi acuan dalam penentuan lokasinya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan citra satelit Sentinel-5P berupa CO, NO₂, O₃ dan SO₂, sedangkan nilai suhu permukaan dan tutupan lahan dari citra Landsat 8. Semua data diolah di Google Earth Engine. Potensi lokasi hutan kota dikategorikan menjadi tiga kelas prioritas yaitu prioritas 1 dengan nilai polutan dan suhu permukaan tertinggi meliputi Kecamatan Danau Teluk, Jambi Timur dan Pelayangan; Prioritas 2 dengan nilai polutan dan suhu permukaan menengah meliputi Kecamatan Danau Sipin, Jelutung, Paal Merah dan Pasar Jambi; serta prioritas 3 dengan nilai polutan dan suhu permukaan terendah.id
dc.description.abstractJambi City continues to prosper and has implicated to its rapid development. It can cause a decrease in urban environmental quality, hence the existence of urban forests is needed to mitigate such problems. This study aims to determine the potential locations for urban forests based on the distribution of air pollutants and surface temperature in Kota Jambi. Determination of priority locations uses distribution of air pollutants and surface temperature map that are classified according to priority location criteria, while land cover becomes a reference in determining its location. Sentinel-5P satellite is used for collecting CO, NO₂, O₃, and SO₂ whereas the Landsat 8 satellite is used for collecting surface temperature and land cover. The data are processed on Google Earth Engine. The potential locations for urban forests in Jambi City categorized into three priority classes, namely priority 1 with the highest pollutant and surface temperatures values which are the Danau Teluk, Jambi Timur and Pelayangan District; Priority 2 with medium pollutant and surface temperatures values includes of the Danau Sipin, Jelutung, Paal Merah, and Pasar Jambi Districts; and Priority 3 with the lowest pollutant and surface temperature value.id
