      Abstract
Feline calicivirus (FCV) is one of the infectious viruses that causes diseases and affects the upper respiratory tract and oral cavity. FCV is highly widespread and a major pathogen of cats worldwide. In many countries, FCV infection is the biggest problem and more prevalent in high-density cat environments. The study aims to obtain and analyse secondary data of therapeutic drugs and treatment used in FCV cases at Jawhari Cat Veterinary Centre. The method used to conduct this study is by collecting the secondary data on medications used in the treatment of FCV during the year 2020 and analyse by using Microsoft Excel® 2016. The type of treatments used in FCV cases at Jawhari Cat Veterinary Centre in 2020 are antibiotics (95,5%), antihistamines (43,8%), anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (25,9%), bronchodilators (1,8%), mucolytics (8,9%) and supplements (100%). The most common choices of antibiotic used are azithromycin, oxytetracycline and doxycycline. The anti-inflammatory drug of choice for the pain and discomfort management were meloxicam and tolfenamic acid. Bronchodilator and mucolytic were given to the chronic symptom patient as it were helping to clearing the respiratory pathway in the severe infections.
