      Commissioning dan Analisis Distribusi Dosis Linear Accelerator FFF Elekta VersaHD Moda Foton 6 MV Menggunakan Simulasi Monte Carlo

      Abstract
      Commissioning model simulasi Linear Accelerator (Linac) dalam radioterapi perlu dilakukan untuk validasi keakuratan distribusi dosis. Metode yang digunakan adalah simulasi Monte Carlo menggunakan software EGSnrc, yang terdiri dari BEAMnrc untuk memodelkan Linac dan DOSXYZnrc untuk menghitung distribusi dosis pada fantom air. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan commissioning Linac Flattening Filter-Free (FFF) Elekta VersaHD moda foton 6 MV. Hasil commissioning menunjukkan distribusi dosis hasil simulasi memenuhi kriteria penerimaan hasil simulasi menggunakan energi awal elektron 6,9 MeV pada ukuran medan paparan 5 × 5, 10 × 10, dan 20 × 20 cm2. Dosis dan dmax meningkat seiring energi awal elektron yang makin besar. Percentage Depth Dose (PDD) mengalami penurunan dosis pada ukuran medan paparan yang lebih kecil. Profil dosis mengalami pelebaran pada ukuran medan paparan yang lebih besar. PDD Linac FFF mengalami penurunan yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan PDD Linac Flattening Filter (FF). Profil dosis Linac FF dan Linac FFF menunjukkan perbedaan keseragaman nilai dosis pada daerah umbra.
       
      Commissioning a simulation model of the Linear Accelerator (Linac) in radiotherapy needs to be done to validate the dose distribution accuracy. The method used is Monte Carlo simulation using EGSnrc software, consist of BEAMnrc for modeling Linac and DOSXYZnrc for calculating dose distribution in a water phantom. This research aimed to commission the Linac Flattening Filter-Free (FFF) Elekta VersaHD 6 MV photon mode using Monte Carlo simulation. The commissioning results show that simulated dose distribution satisfied the acceptance criteria of simulation results using initial electron energy of 6,9 MeV at 5 × 5, 10 × 10, and 20 × 20 cm2 field sizes. The dose and dmax increased as the initial electron energy increased. Percentage Depth Dose (PDD) decreased at smaller field size. The dose profile widens at larger field size. PDD Linac FFF decreased more significantly than PDD Linac Flattening Filter (FF). The dose profile of Linac FF and Linac FFF shows differences in uniformity of dose values in the umbra area.
