dc.description.abstractKacang bogor merupakan jenis kacang-kacangan yang potensial untuk dijadikan pangan alternatif. Kacang bogor memiliki kandungan nutrisi tinggi terutama karbohidrat, toleran kekeringan dan dapat tumbuh di tanah kondisi marjinal. Kacang bogor di Indonesia belum tersedia varietas nasional sehingga petani masih menanam kultivar lokal adaptif dimana genotipenya masih bercampur sehingga hasil panen rendah. Pengujian terhadap galur-galur kacang bogor asal lanras Sumedang masih perlu dilakukan untuk memperoleh galur-galur yang berdaya hasil tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan (i) mengevaluasi keragaan agronomi galur-galur kacang bogor asal lanras Sumedang yang diuji di Bogor dan Sumedang (ii) untuk menduga galur-galur kacang bogor asal lanras Sumedang yang memiliki daya hasil spesifik lokasi dan pada dua lokasi pengujian (Bogor dan Sumedang). Percobaan dilakukan pada dua lokasi yaitu penanaman pertama di kebun percobaan Cikarawang IPB Bogor, dengan ketinggian tempat ± 207 m dpl pada bulan November 2018 - Maret 2019. Penanaman kedua di lahan sawah di Cilimus, Kecamatan Situraja, Kabupaten Sumedang dengan ketinggian tempat ± 331 m dpl pada bulan Mei - Agustus 2019. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi R, SAS dan MINITAB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keragaman pada beberapa karakter agronomi diantara galur-galur kacang bogor pada kedua lokasi. Pada penanaman di Bogor, galur testa hitam menunjukkan karakter unggul pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kanopi tanaman, polong bernas, bobot brangkasan tanaman, bobot 100 biji, panjang polong, lebar polong, panjang biji dan lebar biji, sedangkan karakter unggul pada galur-galur testa cokelat yaitu tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, bobot 100 biji, panjang polong, lebar polong, panjang biji dan lebar biji. Pada lokasi penanaman Sumedang, karakter unggul pada galur-galur testa hitam adalah polong total, polong bernas, bobot 100 biji, lebar polong, panjang biji, dan lebar biji, sedangkan pada galur-galur testa cokelat adalah polong total, polong bernas, polong cipo, bobot 100 biji, panjang biji dan lebar biji. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya keragaman pada galur-galur uji yang ditanam di Bogor dan Sumedang. Adapun karakter seleksi yang digunakan pada lokasi bogor adalah kanopi tanaman untuk testa hitam dan bobot brangkasan tanaman untuk testa coklat. Karakter seleksi untuk lokasi penanaman di Sumedang menggunakan karakter jumlah polong total untuk testa hitam dan coklat. Berdasarkan karakter seleksi yang relevan, galur-galur terbaik di lokasi Bogor untuk testa hitam adalah SM67, SM69, SM71, SM72, SM76, SM77, SM81, SM83, dan SM94, sedangkan untuk testa coklat adalah SM13, SM16, SM20, SM21, SM28, SM32, SM44, SM87, dan SM88. Adapun untuk lokasi Sumedang, diperoleh galur-galur terbaik SM32, SM36, SM71, SM72, SM74, SM75, SM77, SM90 dan SM94 untuk testa hitam, sedangkan untuk testa coklat adalah SM19, SM55, SM60, SM64, SM70, SM71, SM73, SM87, SM87 dan SM88. Terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang nyata pada beberapa karakter hasil analisis gabungan sehingga galur-galur yang terseleksi berbeda pada lokasi uji Bogor dan Sumedang. Karakter yang dipengaruhi interaksi genotipe dan lingkungan pada testa hitam yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, polong total, polong bernas, bobot 100 biji panjang polong, lebar polong, panjang biji dan lebar biji, sedangkan pada testa cokelat yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, polong total, polong bernas, bobot polong kering, bobot 100 biji, panjang polong, lebar polong, panjang biji dan lebar biji. Adanya pengaruh interaksi genotipe dengan lingkungan menunjukkan ketidakstabilan keragaan genotipe antar lokasi.id
dc.description.abstractBogor beans are a type of legume that has the potential to be used as an alternative food. Bogor beans have a high nutrient content, especially carbohydrates, are drought-tolerant, and can grow in marginal soil conditions. In Indonesia, there is no national variety for Bogor Beans, so farmers still plant local adaptive cultivars where the genotypes are mixed, resulting in low yields. Testing on Bogor bean lines from the Sumedang landrace still needs to be done to obtain high-yielding lines. This study aims (i) to evaluate the agronomic performance of the Bogor bean lines from the Sumedang Lanrace tested in Bogor and Sumedang (ii) to predict the Bogor bean lines from the Sumedang Lanrace which have site-specific yields and at two test sites (Bogor and Sumedang). The experiment was carried out at two locations, namely the first planting in the Cikarawang experimental garden, IPB Bogor, with an altitude of ± 207 m above sea level in November 2018 - March 2019. The second planting was in Cilimus Sawah, Situraja District, Sumedang Regency, with an altitude of ± 331 m above sea level in the month of May-August 2019. The data obtained were analyzed using the R, SAS, and MINITAB applications. The results showed that there was diversity in several agronomic characters between the Bogor bean lines at the two locations. At planting in Bogor, the black testa line showed superior characteristics in plant height, the number of leaves, plant canopy, pithy pods, the weight of plant stover, weight of 100 seeds, pod length, pod width, seed length, and seed width. In contrast, the superior characteristics of the brown testa lines were plant height, flowering age, the weight of 100 seeds, pod length, pod width, seed length, and seed width. At the Sumedang planting location, the superior characters of black testa lines were total pods, pithy pods, the weight of 100 seeds, pod width, seed length, and seed width, while in brown testa lines were total pods, pithy pods, cipo pods. Weight of 100 seeds, length of seeds, and width of seeds. The results of the analysis showed that there was diversity in the test lines planted in Bogor and Sumedang. The selection characters used at the Bogor location were the plant canopy for black testa and the weight of the plant stove for brown testa. Character selection for planting sites in Sumedang used the total number of pods for black and brown testa. Based on the selected character, the lines with black testa obtained at the Bogor location were SM67, SM69, SM71, SM72, SM76, SM77, SM81, SM83, and SM94, while the selected lines from the brown testa Bogor beans were SM13, SM16, SM20, SM21, SM28, SM32, SM44, SM87, and SM88. As for the Bogor beans, at the Sumedang location, the SM32, SM36, SM71, SM72, SM74, SM75, SM77, SM90, and SM94 strains were obtained for black testa, while the selected chocolate testa lines were SM19, SM55, SM60, SM64, SM70, SM71 , SM73, SM87, SM87, and SM88. There were differences in the interactions of several characters resulting from the combined analysis so that the selected lines were different at the Bogor and Sumedang test locations. Characters that were influenced by genotype and environmental interactions in black testa were plant height, number of leaves, total pods, pithy pods, the weight of 100 seeds, pod length, pod width, seed length, and seed width, while in brown testa were plant height, number of branches, pods total, pithy pods, dry pod weight, 100 seed weight, pod length, pod width, seed length, and seed width. The existence of the influence of genotype on the environment indicates the instability of the genotype between locations.id
