dc.description.abstractPenilaian kinerja atau evaluasi karyawan dilakukan perusahaan dalam rangkaian upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Ketersediaan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses penilaian yang menggunakan banyak kriteria agar penilaian kinerja dapat dilakukan secara efektif. Penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT Niro Ceramic Nasional Indonesia menggunakan tiga belas kriteria/subkriteria berhirarki. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan dua metode sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu proses penilai¬an kinerja karyawan di PT Niro Ceramic Nasional Indo-nesia, yaitu metode AHP -WPM (Analytical Hierarchy Process - Weighted Product Model) dan metode AHP - PROMETHEE II (Analytical Hierarchy Process - Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation II). Proses AHP memberikan bobot yang tepat untuk masing-masing kriteria, subkriteria dan subsubkriteria yang digunakan. Proses WPM dan PROMETHEE II selanjutnya digunakan untuk menentukan nilai preferensi dari setiap alternatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kedua metode memberikan hasil peringkat preferensi alternatif yang sama pada lima karyawan teratas dan lima karyawan terbawah. Pada penelitian ini terungkap bahwa metode AHP-WPM membutuhkan algoritma perhitungan yang lebih sedikit dalam proses implementasinya. dc.description.abstractThe employee performance appraisals carried out by a company are to increase the productivity and to achieve the organizational goals. The availability of a decision support system is very much needed in the assessment process that uses many criteria so that the performance appraisals can be carried out effectively. The employee performance appraisals at PT Niro Ceramic Nasional Indonesia uses thirteen hierarchical criteria/sub-criteria. In this study, the authors use two methods of decision support systems to assist the process of the assessing employee performance at PT Niro Ceramic Nasional Indonesia, namely the AHP - WPM (Analytical Hierarchy Process - Weighted Product Model) method and the AHP -PROMETHEE II method (Analytical Hierarchy Process - Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation II). The AHP process assigns an appropriate weight to each of the criteria, sub-criteria, and subsubcriteria used. The WPM and PROMETHEE II processes are then used to determine the preference value of each alternative. Based on the research results, both methods assign the same preference ratings to the top five and the bottom five employees. In this study, it was revealed that the AHP-WPM method requires fewer computational algorithms in the implementation process.
