      Pengaruh Marketing Mix terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Konsumen pada Produk Lipstik Maybelline

      Abstract
      Lipstik atau pewarna bibir merupakan salah satu bentuk kosmetik riasan (dekoratif) yang saat ini menjadi kebutuhan sekunder wanita. Salah satu merek lipstik yang saat ini banyak digemari di pasaran adalah Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Lipstick. Akan tetapi, dalam jangka panjang ketertarikan konsumen terhadap suatu produk dapat menurun. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh produsen Maybelline adalah dengan melihat strategi pemasaran yang berpengaruh pada Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Lipstick. Strategi pemasaran yang umumnya digunakan adalah marketing mix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor marketing mix terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil survei melalui wawancara secara online yang tentunya ditargetkan kepada para responden wanita. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan yaitu sejumlah 141 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner online oleh responden. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji reliabilitas, dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Kepuasan konsumen secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh faktor product value. Kepuasan konsumen juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan konsumen, maka loyalitas konsumen juga cenderung meningkat.
       
      The Influence of Marketing Mix toward Satisfaction and Loyalty of Maybelline Lipstik. Supervised by BUDI SUHARJO and HADI SUMARNO. Lipstick or lip color is one form of cosmetic (decorative) makeup which is currently a secondary need for women. One of the most popular lipstick brands on the market is Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Lipstick. However, in the long run, consumer interest in a product may decline. One of the ways that Maybelline producers can do is to look at the marketing strategies that have an effect on Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Lipstick. The marketing strategy that is generally used is the marketing mix. This study aims to analyze the marketing mix factors on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The data used in this study are the results of a survey through online interviews which are of course targeted at female respondents. The number of samples obtained is a total of 141 respondents. Data was collected by filling out online questionnaires by respondents. Statistical analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, reliability test, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Consumer satisfaction is significantly influenced by the price factor. Consumer satisfaction also has a significant effect on loyalty, which shows that the higher the customer satisfaction, the consumer loyalty also tends to increase.
