      Analisis Sensitivitas Model Penyebaran Cacing Hati (Opisthorchis vierrini)

      Abstract
      Penyakit Opisthorchiasis disebabkan oleh cacing parasit Opisthorchis viverrini, O. felineus, dan Clonorchis sinensis. Penyebaran cacing hati ditemukan di daerah dengan perilaku manusia yang biasa memakan ikan mentah. Infeksi dari cacing O. viverrini menyebabkan beberapa penyakit kulit diantaranya Cholangitis, Penyakit Kuning, Hepatomegaly, Cholecystitis, dan Cholelithiasis. Infeksi kronis dari cacing O. viverrini juga dapat menyebabkan kanker saluran empedu. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah ini adalah menganalisis model pengembangan penyebaran cacing hati (Opisthorchis viverrini) dengan inang manusia, siput, ikan, anjing, dan kucing. Langkah yang dilakukan adalah menentukan bilangan reproduksi dasar model dan melakukan analisis sensitivitas terhadap parameter model serta melakukan simulasi numerik terhadap parameter yang paling berpengaruh. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas, nilai parameter laju penularan cacing dari siput ke ikan (β_fs) mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap perubahan nilai R_0. Sedangkan, parameter lain yang berpengaruh yaitu laju penularan cacing dari ikan ke manusia (β_hf) dan laju penularan cacing dari ikan ke kucing (β_cf).
       
      Opisthorchiasis is caused by the parasitic worms Opisthorchis viverrini, Opisthorchis felineus, and Clonorchis sinensis. The spread of liver flukes is found in areas where human behavior usually eats raw fish. Infection with O. viverrini worms causes several skin diseases including Cholangitis, Jaundice, Hepatomegaly, Cholecystitis, and Cholelithiasis. Chronic infection with O. viverrini worms can also cause bile duct cancer. The purpose of this scientific work is to analyze model of the distribution of the liver fluke (Opisthorchis viverrini) with humans, snails, fish, dogs and cats as hosts. The steps taken are to determine the basic reproduction number of the model, to perform sensitivity analysis on the model parameters and to perform numerical simulations on the most influential parameters. Based on the sensitivity analysis, the parameter value of the rate of transmission of worms from snails to fish (β_fs) has the greatest influence on changes in the value of R_0. Meanwhile, other influential parameters are the rate of transmission of worms from fish to humans (β_hf) and the rate of transmission of worms from fish to cats (β_cf).
