      Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium mycobacterium tuberculosis. This disease is one of the highest causes of death in the world's population, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. In this study, TB transmission used the SEI (Susceptible, Exposed, Infectives) model involving immigration factors in the human population. The endemic fixed point obtained is expressed by the values of the total population, the sum of the exposed and infective populations, and the infected population. The stability analysis of the endemic fixed point was carried out using the Li and Muldowney theorems. The numerical simulation in this study shows that the effect of decreasing immigration factors and the average contact level of infected individuals causes the population to quickly reach a point of stability.
