Pengembangan Modul Reviewer untuk Aplikasi Web Program Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka

Abstract

Program Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka (PKKM) adalah ajang kompetisi perguruan tinggi yang diadakan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Program ini memiliki empat tahapan pada pelaksanaan PKKM yaitu evaluasi administratif, evaluasi kualitas dan kelayakan proposal, verifikasi kelayakan serta tahap penetapan pemenang. Di tahapan kedua terdapat tim reviewer yang beranggotakan tiga orang dan bersifat independen akan mengulas proposal perguruan tinggi yang telah lolos tahap pertama berdasarkan rubrik yang telah ditentukan melalui aplikasi web PKKM. Pengembangan modul reviewer harus memperhatikan pengalaman reviewer terhadap aplikasi pengolah kata dan dibuat dengan meneruskan teknologi web sebelumnya serta dengan waktu pengembangan yang singkat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Prototyping. Fitur yang berhasil diimplementasikan yaitu penilaian awal, penilaian rekonsiliasi, dan penilaian reviewer anchor (ketua tim pengulas).

Program Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka (PKKM) is a universities competition event held by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This program has four stages in the implementation of PKKM, namely administrative evaluation, evaluation of the quality and feasibility of proposals, eligibility verification and the stage of determining the winner. In the second stage, there is a reviewer team consisting of three people who are independent and will review university proposals that have passed the first stage based on the rubric that has been determined through the PKKM web application. The development of the reviewer module must pay attention to the reviewer's experience of word processing applications and is made by continuing the previous web technology and with a short development time. The method used in this research is the Prototyping method. The features that have been successfully implemented are initial assessment, reconciliation assessment, and reviewer anchor assessment (leader of the review team).
