      Analisis Pengaruh Suhu dan Waktu Deposisi terhadap Nilai Eg dan Ukuran Kristalit Film PbS dengan Metode Chemical Bath Deposition

      Abstract
      Timbal sulfida (PbS) adalah material semikonduktor yang banyak dikembangkan sebagai bahan absorber pada piranti fotovoltaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh suhu dan waktu deposisi terhadap nilai celah energi (Eg) dan ukuran kristalit (D) film PbS yang dipabrikasi dengan metode Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD). Penelitian ini berupa analisis data sekunder yang bersumber dari artikel-artikel pada jurnal-jurnal ilmiah bereputasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode rata-rata pada nilai Eg dan D dari setiap perlakuan suhu maupun waktu deposisi. Data nilai Eg dan D sebanyak 25 sampel diperoleh dari 15 sumber data sekunder. Hasil analisis keseluruhan data menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh suhu dan waktu deposisi dapat memengaruhi nilai Eg dan D film PbS. Pada penelitian ini juga diperoleh hasil analisis pengaruh konsentrasi timbal asetat dan tiourea sebagai komponen utama PbS terhadap nilai Eg dan D film PbS.
       
      Lead sulfide (PbS) is a semiconductor material that is widely developed as an absorber material in photovoltaic devices. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of temperature and deposition time on the value of the energy gap (Eg) and crystallite size (D) of PbS films manufactured using the Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) method. This research is in the form of secondary data analysis sourced from articles in reputable scientific journals. Analysis of research data using the average method on the Eg and D values of each temperature treatment and deposition time. Eg and D value data as many as 25 samples were obtained from 15 secondary data sources. The results of the overall data analysis showed that the temperature and deposition time effect could affect the Eg and D values of the PbS films. In this study also obtained the results of the analysis of the effect of lead acetate and thiourea concentrations as the main components of PbS on the Eg and D values of the PbS film.
