dc.description.abstractPendapatan Perum Perhutani didominasi oleh penjualan kayu jati dan gondorukem. Penjualan kayu jati Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya mengalami penurunan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Hal tersebut disebabkan kendala pemasaran di masa pandemi ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menganalisis efisiensi pemasaran kayu jati di Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya, (2) Menganalisis strategi bauran pemasaran kayu jati Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya, dan (3) Menganalisis kontribusi pemanfaatan kayu jati Perum Perhutani terhadap pendapatan total rumah tangga masyarakat sekitar hutan di KPH Tasikmalaya. Efisiensi pemasaran kayu jati dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga indikator, yaitu margin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan rasio keuntungan atas biaya pemasaran. Analisis strategi bauran pemasaran dan analisis kontribusi dilakukan menggunakan metode in-dept interview dengan responden serta teknik observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran kayu jati relatif efisien dan menguntungkan bagi produsen karena memiliki nilai farmer’s share dan rasio K/B (keuntungan terhadap biaya-biaya pemasaran) yang besar yaitu 100% dan 19.60%. Selain itu, margin pemasaran pada pemasaran kayu jati menghasilkan nilai yang sangat rendah yaitu sebesar Rp0. Penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya. Akan tetapi, perlu diperhatikan dalam aspek promosi yaitu perluasan sistem pemasaran melalui internet dan aspek produksi yaitu kebijakan mengenai garansi produk kayu jati. Pemanfaatan kayu jati di Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan total rumah tangga sebesar 32%. Kontribusi pemanfaatan kayu jati pada kegiatan PHBM hanya bersifat sebagai tambahan pendapatan saja karena secara keseluruhan pendapatan dari kegiatan non-PHBM lebih besar apabila dibandingkan dengan pendapatan dari kegiatan PHBM.id
dc.description.abstractPerum Perhutani's revenue is dominated by the sale of teak and gondorukem. Sales of teak wood from Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya has been decreasing during the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to some marketing constraints. The objectives of this study were: (1) to analyze the marketing efficiency of teak wood at Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya, (2) to analyze the marketing mix strategy of teak wood at Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya, and (3) to analyze the contribution of the utilization of teak by Perum Perhutani to the total household income of the community. around the forest in KPH Tasikmalaya. The marketing efficiency of teak wood is analyzed using three indicators, namely marketing margin, farmer's share, and the ratio of profit to marketing cost. Marketing mix strategy analysis and contribution analysis were conducted by in dept interview with respondents and observation techniques. This study indicate that the marketing of teak wood is relatively efficient and profitable for producers because it has a large farmer's share value and K/B ratio (profits to marketing costs), namely 100% and 19.60, respectively. In addition, the marketing margin on the marketing of teak produces a very low value of Rp0. The implementation of the marketing mix strategy is well implemented by Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the promotion aspect, namely the expansion of the marketing system through the internet and the production aspect, namely the policy on teak wood product guarantees. The utilization of teak wood in Perum Perhutani KPH Tasikmalaya contributes to the total household income by 32%. The contribution of teak wood utilization in PHBM activities is only as additional income because overall the income from non-PHBM activities is greater than the income from PHBM activities.id
