      Metode Broyden-like Termodifikasi untuk Sistem Persamaan Tak Linear

      Abstract
      Dalam menentukan solusi dari sistem persamaan tak linear, tidak semua masalah dapat diselesaikan secara analitik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan secara numerik dalam penyelesaiannya. Dalam metode numerik, sering ditemukan kelemahan dalam algoritmanya, seperti masalah efisiensi dan efektivitas. Pada tugas akhir ini, ditinjau metode Broyden-like Termodifikasi, yaitu metode yang menerapkan teknik percepatan Newton Termodifikasi pada metode Broyden-like biasa, untuk meningkatkan kualitas algoritma dalam menyelesaikan sistem persamaan tak linear. Teknik globalisasi yang digunakan pada metode tersebut menggunakan cara yang sama dengan metode Broyden-like yang direpresentasikan oleh Li dan Fukushima pada tahun 2000. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, metode Broyden-like Termodifikasi cenderung memiliki performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode Broyden-like Li dan Fukushima pada semua kasus yang telah diuji dalam tugas akhir ini.
       
      In determining the solution of the system of nonlinear equations, not all equations can be solved analytically. Therefore, a numerical approach is needed to solve them. In numerical methods, the weaknesses of algorithms are generally the efficiency and effectiveness of the algorithms. In this study, the Modified Broydenlike method, which is a method that applies the Modified Newton acceleration technique to the ordinary Broyden-like method, will be presented to improve the quality of the algorithm in solving nonlinear problems. The globalization technique used in this method uses the same method as the Broyden-like method represented by Li and Fukushima in 2000. Based on the result of this study, the Modified Broyden-like method tends to have better performance than the Broyden-like method represented by Li and Fukushima in all cases that have been tested in this study.
