      Rekonstruksi Citra pada Serat Optik Moda Ganda dengan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Nonlokal

      Abstract
      Transmisi citra pada serat optik moda ganda masih belum dapat di implementasikan dengan baik karena adanya efek dispersi modal. Padahal serat optik memiliki banyak manfaat dan diaplikasikan pada berbagai bidang, seperti pada bidang komunikasi hingga bidang medis. Model Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Nonlokal dan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Konvolusi digunakan untuk mengatasi efek dispersi modal tersebut. Kedua model ini akan merekonstruksi citra masukan kembali berdasarkan citra keluaran dari serat optik moda ganda. Himpunan data yang digunakan untuk mensimulasikan transmisi citra pada serat optik moda ganda adalah MNIST, Fashion-MNIST dan Muybridge Punch. Hasil rata-rata nilai SKR dan UIKS yang didapatkan untuk masing-masing himpunan data pada model Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Konvolusi secara berturut-turut adalah (1015; 1829; 4350) dan (0,689; 0,511; 0,397), sedangkan hasil rata-rata nilai SKR dan UIKS yang didapatkan pada model Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Nonlokal untuk masing-masing himpunan data secara berturut-turut adalah (2305; 2015; 4376) dan (0,388; 0,399; 0,255). Kata kunci: dispersi modal, jaringan syaraf tiruan, serat optik moda ganda.
       
      Image transmission on multimode optical fiber could not yet be implemented because of the modal dispersion effect. Even though, multimode optical fiber has much application from communications to medical diagnosis. Nonlocal Neural Network model and Convolution Neural Network model can be used to overcome the modal dispersion effect. These two models will reconstruct input images based on output images from a multimode optical fiber. The dataset to be used for image transmission simulation on multimode optical fiber are MNIST, Fashion MNIST, and Muybridge Punch. The average result value of MSE and SSIM from Convolution Neural Network model for each dataset in succession are (1015, 1829 4350) and (0.689, 0.511, 0.397), while for Nonlocal Neural Network model the average result value of MSE and SSIM for each dataset in succession are (2305, 2015, 4376) and (0.388, 0.399, 0.255).
