The lack of a database on plant species that are adaptive to extreme conditions in mining areas encourages exploration of these adaptive species. Lonkida (Nauclea orientalis) is a type of multipurpose plant that is known to be able to live in extreme conditions such as flooded conditions and low pH. This research was conducted to measure the level of resistance and growth of Lonkida seedlings on various types of planting media contaminated with acid mine drainage through a completely randomized design. The results showed that lonkida seedlings were able to survive and grow well in media contaminated with acid mine drainage. The addition of a mixture of manure on the planting media only had a significant effect on the growth of lonkida seedling height. The addition of a mixture of goat manure resulted in better height growth compared to cow manure.
