dc.description.abstractCabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) merupakan komoditas unggulan di Kecamatan Wongsorejo. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan kajian sebagai upaya mempertahankan daya dukung lahan untuk keberlanjutan pertanian dengan komoditas unggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari karakteristik tanah di lokasi penelitian, mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan berdasarkan konsep FAO untuk cabai rawit dan jagung, mengidentifikasi pengaruh nilai tanah terhadap penggunaan lahan dan keselarasannya dengan RTRW, dan menganalisis kelayakan usahatani cabai rawit dan jagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan klasifikasi tanah termasuk ordo Alfisol dengan subgrup Inseptic Hapludalfs dan Typic Hapludalfs. Kesesuaian lahan potensial untuk cabai rawit dan jagung di WRJ1, WRJ2, dan WRJ3 adalah cukup sesuai (S2). Kenaikan nilai tanah karena pengaruh kedekatan dengan jalan utama dan ketersediaan infrastruktur. Keselarasan penggunaan tanah dengan RTRW menunjukkan 51% selaras, 40% tidak selaras, dan 9% transisi. Secara ekonomi, cabai rawit dan jagung layak untuk diusahakan karena R/C ratio > 1.id
dc.description.abstractCayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is the prime commodity in Wongsorejo District. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a study as an effort to maintain the land carrying capacity for agricultural sustainability with a prime commodity. The objective of this study was to determine the characteristics of the soil in the research location, to evaluate land suitability classes based on the FAO concept for cayenne pepper and corn, to identify the effect of land value on land use and alignment with the Spatial Plan, and to analyze the feasibility of cayenne pepper and corn cultivation. The results showed soil classification included in Alfisols with Inseptic Hapludalfs and Typic Hapludalfs subgroups. The potential land suitability for cayenne pepper dan corn in WRJ1, WRJ2, and WRJ3 were moderately suitable. Land value increased due to the effect of proximity with the main roads and availability of infrastructure. Land use alignment with the Spatial Plan showed that 51% are aligned, 40% are not aligned, and 9% are transitional. Economically, cayenne pepper and corn are feasible to be cultivated because the R/C ratio is > 1.id
