dc.description.abstractInformasi mengenai luas dan sebaran hutan rakyat di Kecamatan Rumpin perlu diperbaharui, sebab masih sedikit penelitian mengenai hutan rakyat di Kecamatan Rumpin. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah dengan penggunaan teknologi penginderaan jarak jauh yaitu sistem informasi geografis agar dapat mengidentifikasi kondisi fisik hutan rakyat secara cepat, akurat, efisien, dan meliputi cakupan yang luas serta dengan biaya yang relatif murah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memetakan hutan rakyat di Kecamatan Rumpin Kabupaten Bogor dengan menggunakan teknik Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Identifikasi dilakukan secara visual untuk menentukan jumlah kelas tutupan lahan dan uji akurasi menggunakan matrik kontingensi (confusion matriks)dari hasil ground check di lapangan. Hasil interpretasi visual citra menggunakan citra Landsat 8 OLI dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, terdapat 8 kategori kelas tutupan lahan yang ada di Kecamatan Rumpin meliputi badan air, sawah, semak belukar, hutan rakyat, pertanian lahan kering, hutan tanaman, lahan terbangun, dan lahan terbuka. Hasil klasifikasi hutan rakyat yang terdapat pada Kecamatan Rumpin memilki luas sebesar 7327,44 ha. Hasil uji akurasi menunjukkan nilai kappa accuracy sebesar 84,38%, dan nilai overall accuracy sebesar 87,36%.id
dc.description.abstractInformation regarding the area and distribution of community forests in Rumpin Subdistrict needs to be updated, because there is still little research on community forests in Rumpin subdistrict. One solution that can be applied is the use of remote sensing technology, namely a geographic information system in order to identify the physical condition of community forests quickly, accurately, efficiently, and covering a wide range and at a relatively low cost. The purpose of this study was to map community forests in Rumpin District, Bogor Regency using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) techniques. Identification is done visually to determine the number of land cover classes and the accuracy test uses a contingency matrix (confusion matrix) from the results of ground checks in the field. The results of visual image interpretation using Landsat 8 OLI imagery and direct observation in the field, there are 8 categories of land cover classes in Rumpin District including water bodies, rice fields, shrubs, community forests, dry land agriculture, plantation forests, built-up land, and land. open. The results of the community forest classification found in Rumpin District have an area of 7327.44 ha. The results of the accuracy test showed the kappa accuracy value was 84.38%, and the overall accuracy value was 87.36%.id
