      Optimisasi Cutting Stock Satu Dimensi pada Besi Beton Menggunakan Pemrograman Linear Bilangan Bulat

      Abstract
      Besi beton merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam konstruksi bangunan. Pemotongan besi beton dalam prakteknya akan menyesuaikan kebutuhan yang didasarkan pada keragaman ukuran yang tersedia. Oleh karenanya, pemotongan bahan persediaan (cutting stock) besi beton ini perlu direncanakan agar memberikan hasil sesuai kebutuhan serta meminimalkan sisa pemotongan yang tidak terpakai. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model pemrograman linear bilangan bulat guna mendapatkan banyaknya besi beton yang diperlukan serta skenario pemotongannya yang sekaligus meminimalkan sisa hasil pemotongan. Solusi model berupa rekomendasi kombinasi pola pemotongan besi beton yang meminimalkan sisa pemotongan. Model diimplementasikan menggunakan bantuan bahasa pemrograman Python dan perangkat lunak optimisasi Lingo 17.0 pada proyek pembangunan Kantor Kelurahan Kota Surakarta pada tahun 2014, yaitu Kantor Kelurahan Gilingan, Kantor Kelurahan Jagalan, dan Kantor Kelurahan Kauman. Hasil implementasi memberikan sisa pemotongan 5.57% dari total besi yang digunakan.
       
      Reinforcing bar or also known as rebar is one of the main components in building construction. Practically, cutting rebar will be adjusted according to the required rebars and the variation of available rebars. Consequently, cutting stock such as rebar must be designed to satisfy the requirements and minimize the trim loss. This research aims to build an integer linear programming model to figure the number of rebars needed and the cutting patterns which minimize the trim loss. The solution to the problems consists of the combination of cutting patterns for trim loss minimization. The model is implemented using Python programming language and Lingo 17.0 optimization modeling software at the offices construction project in Surakarta City in 2014, namely Gilingan, Jagalan, and Kauman District Office. It is showed that the implementation model results trim loss to the tune of 5.57% of total rebars cut.
