      Estimasi Tinggi dan Diameter Tegakan Hutan menggunakan Citra Pesawat Nirawak dengan Ketinggian Terbang 80 Meter

      Abstract
      Perekaman citra menggunakan pesawat nirawak merupakan teknologi yang meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi untuk melakukan inventarisasi hutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan penerapan pesawat nirawak dalam menghasilkan nilai estimasi tinggi, diameter tegakan, dan tutupan kanopi. Penelitian dilakukan di KPH Ciamis, Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten pada variasi Kelas Umur (KU) IV, VI, dan VIII. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak PIX4Dmapper untuk menghasilkan orthomosaic, Digital Terrain Model (DTM), serta Digital Surface Model (DSM), perangkat lunak ArcMap 10.5 digunakan untuk menghasilkan Canopy Height Model (CHM) dan segmentasi canopy cover. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model yang dapat digunakan untuk menghitung estimasi tinggi dan diameter tegakan dengan nilai yang akurat. Korelasi yang dihasilkan termasuk kategori hubungan yang kuat. Perekaman citra menggunakan pesawat nirawak dapat dijadikan metode alternatif untuk melakukan pengambilan data di lapangan.
       
      Imagery recording using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Drone) is a technology that increases effectiveness and efficiency of conducting forest inventories. This study aims to see the ability of the application of drone to produce estimation value of height and stands diameter, and canopy cover. This research was conducted in KPH Ciamis, Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten in the variation of Age Class (KU) IV, VI, and VIII. Data processing was performed using PIX4DMapper software to produce orthomosaic, Digital Terrain Model (DTM), and Digital Surface Model (DSM). Meanwhile, Canopy Height Model (CHM) and Canopy Cover segmentation were obtained by using ArcMap 10.5. This study constructed a model that can be used to calculate estimation value of height and diameter of stands with accurate values, the result of the R² has a strong correlation. Imagery recording using drone can be used as an alternative method for collecting data in the field.
