Abstract

Supply chain performance is an indicator of how well company runs its business process. Supply chain performance measurement is needed to control and to know company's performance position. This research aims to identify, calculate and formulate improvement strategy of cane sugar agro-industry supply chain in PT A. Supply chain performance was obtained by SCOR and fuzzy-AHP approach. Supply chain performance improvement strategy formulated by SWOT analysis and fuzzy AHP. The results of expert assessment for supply chain performance measurement matrix by the fuzzy AHP that three highest weights were processing cost (0.168), delivery accuracy (0.157) and perfect condition (0.119). Supply chain performance measurement results in PT A on the year 2013 showed the average performance of plantation was 61.78% and mill performance was 63.05%, while in 2014 the plantation average performance was 60.30% and mill performance was 56.80%. SWOT analysis on internal factors showed total value was 2.348 while 2.449 external factors. Through evaluation of internal and external factors, the company’s position known as Quadrant II (+0618;-0195). This research suggested to intensify research and development to maintain quality, yield and performance as the best strategy to improve supply chain performance.
