      Abstract
Soybean supply chain performance and productivity are two things that continuously needs to be evaluated and improved by relevant stakeholders. The aim of this research was increasing the performance and productivity while at the same time applied environmental approach to achieve the sustainable production. The performance analysis was conducted based on the supply chain operations reference (SCOR) and measurement integration with data envelopment analysis (DEA). Green productivity was measured using green productivity indexing (GPI) method. The performance indicated the value for upstream and downstream sectors respectively at 69.75 and 88.50. The productivity measurement obtained GPI values on the upstream and downstream sectors, respectively for 11.38 and 0.12. Strategic alternatives were raised against the both of units sector developed by expert opinion. analytical hierarchy process (AHP) were used to synthesize expert opinion. The alternatives chosen based on green productivity approach and expert opinions is the use of straw to block the weed with weights 0.35 for the upstream sector and the strategy of using local soybean with weights 0.33 for the downstream sector. The strategies were simulated to the downstream sector can increase up to 14.76 GPI. Simulation of alternative strategic in the downstream sector was not in line with expert opinion. The highest yield increase of GPI occupied by the use of waste water alternative with GPI value 0.38.
