Measurement of the Small Group Activities (SGA) toward employees productivity needs to be done to see the extent of its effectiveness. This study aimed to determine the application of the SGA, to identify the influenced factors of employee productivity, and to measure the effectiveness of SGA in improving employee productivity. The methods used in this research were literature study, observation/surveys, interview, questionnaire, relief method using Weka 3.6 software, effectiveness formulation, and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that the application of the SGA could be divided into three groups, there were management support, human resources, and the dynamics group. Variable of SGA that affected to employee productivity were the leader feedback, active supervisor, and training frequency. Based on the sensitivity analysis, 65% response rate of respondents stated that the implementation of the SGA had been effective in improving employee productivity.
