Seaweed jellydrinkwas madeusingcarrageenanextractedfrom cookedseaweedand added byjellypowder as gellingagent. Product profile developmentobtainedthe seaweed jelly drink best formula, such as6 % of seaweed, 0,7 % of jelly powder, 12 % of sugar, and0,4 % of essence. The results showedthatthe bestvaluepropositions for seaweed jelly drink product were rich of natural fiber, free ofartificialsweetenersandpreservatives, healthy, has avariety offlavors, and safefor allages customers. The best customer segments obtained was children and teenagersaged6-18years old (elementary up to senior high school students)in Jabodetabek. The best channels for seaweed jelly drink product wereschool canteens in customer segments area.
