Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Industri Rumah Tangga Yoghurt Hade

Abstract

The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through direct field observation and interviews. While the secondary data obtained from the relevant literature. The data were processed in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data are qualitatively analyzed to determine the feasibility of Yoghurt Hade include legal aspects, markets and marketing aspects, technical/ production aspects, and management of the organization aspects. While the financial aspects were analyzed quantitatively. Based on these results it can be concluded that the business deserves to run Yoghurt Hade seen from the results of an analysis of the legal aspects, markets and marketing aspects, technical/ production aspects, and management of the organization aspects. The results of the analysis of the financial aspects also indicate so: NPV > 0 (IDR 695.121,69 ), IRR > discount factor 15%, Net B/C Ratio > 1 (1,4), and payback period < 5 years of age project (3 years).
