Analisis Peningkatan Produktivitas Ribbed Smoked Sheet Melalui Pendekatan Produksi Bersih (Studi Kasus PT Condong Garut)

Abstract

Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) is one of the main products of PT Condong Garut. There are some inefficiencies and non-output products (NPO) in distribution management and processing RSS in factory site.Total inefficiency and non-product output in PT Condong Garut is 17.30% based on total latex produced. Cleaner production approach can be used to reduce inefficiencies and non-product outputs. Goal of cleaner productionis to improve productivity by creating some alternatives to overcome many problems that faced by company. This research also combines operations research approach to determine optimal placement of the storage location results in plantations as an alternative from cleaner production. Theeconomic feasibility test results indicate that cleaner production appropriate to be applied by company. Base on the analytical hierarchy process, main top priority in implementing cleaner production is to prioritizeproductivity factor (0.592). Afterwards, next priority is factor of cost (0.212), environmental impact (0.138), and quality (0.121).
