      Abstract
The number of industries in the world is constantly increasing, this fact makes the industry should work harder to add and retain customer. Industry must make the customer satisfied by offering best quality products at the right time. Good supply chain management is the best solution to solve it. Product will be controlled either from raw materials until arrive at the customer. An important part of the supply chain is distribution and transport planning. Delivery of products must be planned, so First In First Out (FIFO) system can be implemented and products arrive at the right time. This paper will conduct a distribution and transport planning with Bill of Distribution (BOD) which can be used to make Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and analyze delivery orders data from an agroindustrial company with tires products using classification techniques. Classification technique is one of data mining technique, classification can be described as a supervised learning algorithm in the machine learning process. This research use classification technique to decide which transporter must be chosen to make on time delivery. It assigns class labels to data objects based on prior knowledge of class which the data records belong .The results of this analysis data are 70 rules that show what path should be chosen so the product arrived at destination on time. The rules will be used to make transport planning and an optimal route for product delivery with the lowest cost will be planned using Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). All these technique is expected to reduce distribution and transportation cost, but still makes the product arrive on time.
